Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in our dance classes!

We’re excited to welcome you into a world of movement, joy, self-expression, and confidence. Our goal is not just to teach you to dance, but to help you feel free, grow continuously, enjoy the process, and strengthen your body and coordination.

Before joining one of our membership plans, we kindly ask you to read our studio’s detailed Terms and Conditions. This ensures clarity, transparency, and mutual understanding so we can all enjoy a positive and respectful learning environment together.

Class Registration

  • An active membership is required to participate in group classes.

  • Participants are required to register in advance to attend the class of their choice. Registration is mandatory for all sessions due to limited class capacity.

  • You may cancel or reschedule your registration up to 5 hours before the class. Cancellations or reschedules made within the last 5 hours will result in loss of class credit.

  • You may carry over one missed class credit to be used either within the following month. Classes cannot be carried over beyond the following month. If you miss more than one class in a month, you may make up the additional missed classes, at a discounted rate of €10 per class.

  • For private and wedding dance classes, to avoid being charged for a missed lesson, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of class credit.

  • Classes start promptly at the scheduled time. To make the most of your experience, we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early.

Payments & Pricing

  • All bookings and payments are processed through our trusted third-party scheduling and payment platform. Your information is handled securely through their encrypted payment system.

  • Memberships can begin at any time during the month. Your first payment will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, covering only the remaining days of the current month. From the 1st of the following month, your membership will renew automatically at the full monthly rate unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • Public holidays observed in the Netherlands have been considered when setting membership prices; therefore, no refunds or make-up classes will be provided for those dates.

  • Prices may be subject to change over time. If there is a price change, you will receive 30 days’ advance notice before it takes effect. You will never be charged a new price without prior notification. After the 30-day notice period, if you do not cancel your membership, it will automatically renew at the updated rate.

Upgrading or Downgrading Memberships

  • ​You may upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time during the month by submitting a written notice (via WhatsApp or email).

  • Upgrades take effect immediately, and the price difference for the rest of the current month will be charged on a pro-rata basis. The full membership rate will then apply from the 1st of the next month.

  • Downgrades take effect from the 1st of the next month, and your current membership will remain active until the end of the month already paid for. The downgraded membership will start on the 1st of the following month at its regular price.

Freezing Memberships

  • You may freeze your membership for up to two months per year. The first two weeks of the freeze are free of charge; beyond that, a fee of €20 applies for the remaining time.

  • You may submit a written freeze request at any time (via WhatsApp or email) with your intended freeze dates. A two-week notice period will begin once your request is received. During this period, your membership remains active. After the notice period, the freeze will begin for the requested duration.

  • This policy helps ensure the continuity of our classes, even during holiday periods or long summer breaks. By freezing your membership instead of cancelling, your spot is reserved and you can return seamlessly. This also helps us maintain class schedules and keep the community running smoothly for all members. ​​Thank you for being part of our committed and supportive community.​

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Memberships cannot be canceled retroactively, and no refunds will be issued for missed classes.

  • You may submit a written cancellation notice at any time (via WhatsApp or email). A one-month notice period will begin once your cancellation notice is received, during which your membership remains active and payments continue. Your membership will be canceled after the notice period ends, no further charges will apply, and you will no longer be able to join classes.

  • You are responsible for providing a written notice if you wish to cancel your membership. Please note that submitting a cancellation notice does not automatically prevent the upcoming payment, and your membership will remain active throughout the notice period.

  • The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes when necessary. In these cases, you may reschedule to an alternative class within the current or following billing period without losing your class credit. Updates will be sent automatically by email from our registration system and shared in our WhatsApp group as well.

Code of Conduct

  • We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all participants.

  • Each participant is expected to treat the instructor and fellow participants with kindness and respect.

  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

  • The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or crosses professional boundaries, whether during class or through any other communication channels.

Liability

  • By reading these terms and joining a membership, you acknowledge that participating in dance classes involves physical activity and inherent risks.

  • You are responsible for informing the instructor of any existing health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely.

  • If you have any health concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before enrolling to ensure that dancing is appropriate for you.

  • While the studio and instructor take all reasonable precautions to maintain a safe environment, you are ultimately responsible for listening to your body and respecting its limits.

  • Please understand that the studio and its team cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during classes.
