• An active membership is required to participate in group classes. • Due to limited class capacity, participants are required to register in advance to attend the class of their choice. • You may cancel or reschedule your registration up to 5 hours before the class. Cancellations or reschedules made within the last 5 hours will result in loss of class credit. • You can also carry over one missed class credit to be used within the same month or the following month. Classes cannot be carried over beyond the following month. If you miss more than one class in a month, extra make-up classes are available at a discounted rate of €10 per class. • Classes start promptly at the scheduled time. To make the most of your experience, we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early.

• Memberships can begin at any time during the month. Your first payment will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, covering only the remaining days of the current month. From the 1st of the following month, your membership will renew automatically at the full monthly rate unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy. • Public holidays observed in the Netherlands have been considered when setting membership prices; therefore, no refunds or make-up classes will be provided for those dates. • Prices may be subject to change over time. If there is a price change, you will receive 30 days’ advance notice before it takes effect. You will never be charged a new price without prior notification. After the 30-day notice period, if you do not cancel your membership, it will automatically renew at the updated rate. • All bookings and payments are processed through our trusted third-party scheduling and payment platform. Your information is handled securely through their encrypted payment system.

• All private and wedding classes are scheduled based on current availability to ensure focused, high-quality attention. • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made within the last 24 hours will result in the loss of the class credit. • Classes start promptly at the scheduled time; any delay from the student will result in a shorter lesson to respect the following schedule. • Travel is included within 10km. For locations beyond this radius, a travel fee of €0,25/km applies. • For wedding dance, song choices must be finalized one week before the first session to allow for preparation.

• Classes may be documented (photo and/or video) by the studio team for marketing, promotional, or content purposes. You may appear in this material, which may be published on our official channels (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or our website). • Documentation will always be carried out respectfully. If you prefer not to appear, please let us know in advance. • Filming or photography by students during class, while the instructor is actively teaching, is not permitted. • Students may record themselves practicing using their own phones at the end of the class, once the material or choreography has been completed. These recordings are intended for personal use, such as reviewing the material, supporting practice at home, and tracking individual progress over time.

• You may upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time during the month by submitting a written notice via WhatsApp or email. • Upgrades take effect immediately, and the price difference for the rest of the current month will be charged on a pro-rata basis. The full membership rate will then apply from the 1st of the following month. • Downgrades take effect from the 1st of the following month. Your current membership will remain active until the end of the month you've already paid for. • Once the payment for your new membership goes through, your previous membership will be cancelled, so everything stays clean and simple on your account.

• You may freeze your membership for up to two months per year. The first two weeks of the freeze are free of charge and beyond that, a fee of €20 applies for the remaining time. • This policy helps ensure the continuity of our classes, even during holiday periods or long summer breaks. By freezing your membership instead of cancelling, your spot is reserved while you're away and you can return seamlessly. This also helps us maintain class schedules and keep the community running smoothly for all our members. ​​Thank you for being part of our committed and supportive community.​ • You may submit a written notice  with your intended freeze dates at any time, via WhatsApp or email. A two-week notice period will begin once your notice is received, during which, your membership remains active. After the notice period, the freeze will begin for the requested duration.

• Memberships cannot be canceled retroactively, and no refunds will be issued for missed classes. • You may submit a written cancellation notice at any time via WhatsApp or email. A one-month notice period will begin once your notice is received, during which your membership remains active and payments continue. Your membership will be canceled after the notice period ends, no further charges will apply, and you will no longer be able to join classes. • You are responsible for providing a timely written notice if you wish to cancel your membership. Please note that submitting a cancellation notice does not automatically prevent the upcoming payment, and your membership will remain active throughout the notice period. • The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes when necessary. In these cases, you may reschedule to an alternative class within the current or following billing period without losing any class credits. Updates will be sent automatically by email from our registration system and shared in our WhatsApp group as well.

• We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all participants. • Each participant is expected to treat the instructor and fellow participants with kindness and respect. • Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund. • The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or crosses professional boundaries, whether during class or through any other communication channels.

• By reading these terms and joining a membership, you acknowledge that participating in dance classes involves physical activity and inherent risks. • You are responsible for informing the instructor of any existing health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely. • If you have any health concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before enrolling to ensure that dancing is appropriate for you. • While the studio and instructor take all reasonable precautions to maintain your safety, you are ultimately responsible for listening to your body and respecting its limits. • The studio and its team cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during classes.
